Alaska

Alaska is the largest state in the united states. It’s  over twice the size of Texas the next largest state . Alaska is northwest of Canada and it’s the largest and most sparsely populated United States’s Stae. Its known for its wide open spaces, Mountains and forests and Its wildlife. It’s a distination for skiing mountain biking and kayaking.  Capital of Alaska is Juneau. About one third of the total landmass of Alaska lies north of the Arctic Circle. The arctic circle is the latitude at which the sun does not set for one day at the summer solstice June 21 and does not rise for one day at the winter solstice December 21 when the sun is farthest south of the earth’s equator.
